(as a carer),

My 76 year old mum caught covid recently and was monitored by CMC Prince Of Wales Hospital. I felt so assured that mum is safe from the beginning of their care till the end. My mum was monitored daily on the APP by amazing team for any deterioration. Even my mum's oral antiviral prescription and arrival was followed up daily. I believe such remote monitoring services are very essential for people of all ages.

The whole CMC team involved were so professional and did an amazing job and in particular I have to mention Jonathan and Susan. Keep up with your good work. Thank you so much!

We agree with your words of acknowledgement the CMC Team are wonderful in ensuring the remote monitoring journey for all patients is one that is supportive, compassionate and tailored to provide safe responsive care for all our patients.

We will ensure that your kind words of thanks and gratitude are shared with the CMC team. It is reassuring to hear that Francis and Susan were such great supports to your mother and your family.

Your feedback has helped us understand how important the CMC service is to our patients and our community. They have made a huge difference for so many patients just like your experience has shown how important remote monitoring services are for delivering health care within your home.
