"Efficient and empathetic"

I had surgery for a colonoscopy. I am in my late 60’s and have had previous colonoscopies. I may have been lucky (not normally the case), but I found the procedure was efficient, the staff in admin, nurses and medical practitioners were competent and friendly. The level of empathy in these times was outstanding.

I cannot commend Kyneton Hospital enough and that is high praise indeed from someone who is regarded as cantankerous and not as patient as most.
