I was sent to the Sydney Eye Hospital from another hospital with a referral, whilst I was in the ED I was receiving the utmost care and treatment from Nurses Shannon and Chris and Dr Rachel.
Another Doctor, Dr Marlo was on his way home and turned around and came back to the hospital to see me on Dr Rachel's request, Dr Marlo and his team came to see me and do tests every day of my stay as did Dr Gerard from the UVITUS team.
Every Dr that came to see me during my stay showed sincere care about my health and wellbeing.
Every single Nurse and the Trainees Nurses where I was a patient on Level 2 West wing 2 were absolutely amazing in their attention to detail in performing the duties as a nurse.
The cleaning and catering staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Overall, whilst I was very ill, everyone I dealt with made my stay very enjoyable
Just a few Nurses I feel I should make mention about for their amazing Nursing looking after myself and all the other patients while all the time it seemed under staffed.
Nilam, Florence, May, Peter, Dj, Eddie, and the UTS / Tafe students for having a go at things
