(as a parent/guardian),

I had to take my 18 month old daughter to the emergency department for care. All of the staff we dealt with were absolutely wonderful. They took great care of my daughter and made a real effort to comfort and communicate with her during what was a very unfamiliar and potentially scary experience for her.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your daughter's time in our Urgent Care Department. It can be an anxious time caring for an unwell child and the attitude and care displayed by staff can mean the difference between a good or poor outcome.
