"Waiting to be seen"

About: Cowes Phillip Island Health Hub

(as a service user),

I was at the hub in Cowes waiting to be seen by nurses, doctors, receptionist etc. There is a painting on a surfboard by Steve Ulula Parker. It’s called “Gawang Marram Djambana” (Head/mind Body Gathering Place).

It’s the most comforting caring experience to be reminded of Millowl (Phillip Island) of country caring for me❤️

Dear lynxgr36,

Oh my - what a lovely post. I will make sure your message gets to Steve and I am sure he will feel so blessed to have this lovely feedback. His artwork tells the most beautiful story and the comfort that you experienced, was exactly what we had all hoped for. Thank you for sharing and I hope that your experience with the Urgent Care Centre was as positive.

Kindest Regards, Jan
