The phone care I received from the team at Prince of Wales Covid care team over the past week during my bout of Covid was second to none. All the staff I dealt with were extremely professional, communicative, compassionate and caring and explained aspects of my symptoms very clearly. The process of regular monitoring was excellent and the Covid App was easy to use. I was so appreciative of the remote care that I was given and congratulate and thank all involved.

We will ensure that your kind words of thanks and gratitude are shared with the CMC team. It is reassuring to hear that the process of regular monitoring was excellent and the Covid App was easy to use.

Your feedback has helped us understand how important the CMC service is to our patients and our community. They have made a huge difference for so many patients just like your experience has shown how important remote monitoring services are for delivering health care within your home.
