"Phone COVID care"

The phone care I received from the team at Prince of Wales Covid care team over the past week during my bout of Covid was second to none. All the staff I dealt with were extremely professional, communicative, compassionate and caring and explained aspects of my symptoms very clearly. The process of regular monitoring was excellent and the Covid App was easy to use. I was so appreciative of the remote care that I was given and congratulate and thank all involved.
