I would like to thank for the care from MGP5 I received in Kemh. This is my second baby born in Kemh and my experience was always excellent. I am grateful for everything they did for me and my baby. My midwife - Ginny was definitely amazing and professional. All midwives and doctors involved in my care were helpful and supportive during my stay in Kemh. They took great care of me. The hospital is clean and tidy.

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is heartening to read that you received such a high standard of care and support from the staff who guided you through your pregnancy and birthing journey.

We are extremely proud of the level of commitment our Midwifery Group Practice 5 (MGP5) team bring to their roles and they are always delighted to receive recognition such as yours from patients and their families. The MGP model of care has made a difference in the care we are able to provide to our patients and it is lovely to hear that you were able to get the support you needed.

It is also lovely that you also acknowledge our patient support staff who do a wonderful job keeping our hospital clean.

I will ensure your feedback is provided to Ginny and all the staff involved in your journey.
