"Feeling genuine care for me as a person"

About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I fell at home and broke my ribs. The nurse practitioner was really wonderful. She was very emotionally present as well as professional. I felt like she had genuine sympathy and care for me. It was refreshing and touching and lovely. Thank you.
