I just wanted to give praise to my treating clinician Dr Danial and all ED staff. After waiting for an extended time to see a doctor due to how busy ED was, he apologised for the delay, he explained everything regarding my presenting problem and his diagnosis clearly and made it easy for me to understand, he ensured I understood everything before discharging.
His empathy and care was highly appreciated after a long wait into the early hours of the morning. He reassured me regarding my concerns, provided me with a thorough evaluation and even ensured I was able to get home safely.
I feel his patient care is at such a high standard and he should be applauded. The ED administration officers were so helpful and each nurse I encountered throughout ED took the time to listen and reassure me or help. In my experience, it is clear through their staff that there is a high standard held at Sutherland Hospital ED.
