"Patience and professionalism from staff at RPAH ED"

I presented for an injured ankle at the RPAH emergency recently. I could see staff patiently dealing with disgruntled patients, running around keeping an eye on everything with genuine concern for the people waiting. Thank you to admin officer Canada for your friendly greeting, nurse Scott for my prompt triage with a smile, to the lovely lady radiographer from WA (sorry I didn’t get your name) you were friendly and damn speedy! To physio Matt thank you for your explanation of my injury, for bandaging me up and for giving me resources to read about my injury. What a well coordinated team providing such a high level of care. I feel you all deserve a pat on the back and a raise :)
