(as the patient),

Earlier this month I arrived at the SHDH for a Left Side Total Hip Replacement and was released 3 days later. I would like to thank all staff involved from pre op staff to being released. The Nurses and Doctors in the Acute Ward could not do enough to ensure my wellbeing and comfort and at all times presenting a friendly and great attitude, any discomforts or problems I had were quickly addressed and was kept well informed on what actions were required. Also, a big call out to the kitchen, all meals were plentiful and tasty.

Again, thank you for the care you gave in my procedure and recovery.
