"Second chance at life"

About: Northam Health Service / Sub-Acute Services

(as the patient),

I came to Northam rehab after a small stroke and had difficulties with walking and everyday tasks. After a month of therapy, I am able to live again and walk out of here. I would like to thank all of the staff involved in my care from my heart for returning me to my home. Northam Subacute - keep up the good work, based on my experience, it gives other people a second chance at life.

Dear turkeymw79,

Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback on your admission to Northam Hospital Rehabilitation program.

I was very heartened to read of your outcome and that you were able to return home.

We are very proud of the team and the work they do to ensure the most optimum outcomes possible are achieved for our patients.

I will have pleasure in passing your comments on to all staff involved.

I wish you well with your recovery.

Kind regards
