About: Prince of Wales Hospital / PB9W - Nephrology Ward

(as the patient),

I feel really happy with POW hospital, I got lupus and kidney failure and always I’m going to level 9 west, renal, I have to say, all the nurses, doctors and cleaning personal are wonderful, kind and lovely people.

I use to go to dialisis in level 2 and is the same thing, everybody receive me with smile.

In pathology too! They really care about me!

We will ensure that your great acknowledgement and thanks for the care that they delivered to you is passed on to the team. It is so pleasing to read that our staff were able to help support you during your hospital visit.

We are really pleased to hear that the team were friendly, compassionate and kind. Most importantly they all found the time to smile with you during this very difficult health journey. We are happy to read that you had a chance to share a smile together. Thanking you for sharing this heartfelt health story with us, it is greatly valued and appreciated.
