About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service / Rehabilitation in the Home

(as the patient),

I had a hip replacement at Fremantle Hospital recently and was discharged earlier in the month. The physio, John, came out to the house for 2 weeks. He was excellent with his information and guidance. I have nothing but praise for the young man. What a good service he did for me, I just want to thank him tremendously for what a wonderful service he provided. It was such a pleasure, so professional how he got the message through to me, so much patience and care and he seemed sincere about it too, I felt it was a courtesy thing the least I could do was offer feedback.
