(as the patient),

I went to emergency at the Eye hospital. I feel very comfortable and very warm and so I need to say some words to all doctors and all staff. I’m very grateful for them look after me. The doctors and nurses, the woman who checked me in and monitored my temperature she was very good and very nice. The doctor’s name was Kim. I’m grateful I came into them – many thanks to them all.
