"Excellent Care in Bunbury ED"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my son to ED when he still couldn't weight bear 12 hours after a sports injury.

From our arrival at the hospital carpark I found the care was excellent. The staff at the welcome desk saw us hopping from the car and rushed over with a wheelchair and friendly smile. I felt triage was prompt, friendly and kind offering more pain relief.

We had a quick transit through fast track waiting room before being seen by both nurse and doctor. They were both so kind and I really appreciate the patient focused care from Dr Cara who spoke directly to my son and explained everything. Our lovely PCA took us promptly over to x-ray and then within minutes of return Cara took us through the x-ray image results, with clear explanation and advice.

Great friendly patient focused service based on our experience. My son felt everyone was kind and helpful.
