About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Medical Imaging

(as the patient),

Recently, I had to attend the Kalgoorlie Medical Imaging centre for 2 MRI scans. Despite there being an emergency going on at the time, and the Staff being extremely busy, I was given the most caring service. The Staff were wonderful, particularly "Tamara" (hope the name is correct). You made a stressful procedure, (for me it was very stressful), so easy, and your kindness and care were great.

Thank you to all the great people I dealt with at Kalgoorlie Medical Imaging.

Nothing makes me happier than being able to pass on positive feedback to our team members and I have made sure Tamara is aware of yours.

I am glad they were able to keep you calm and reassured despite the department being busy and an emergency in progress.

Messages like this are an important reminder to our team that coming to a health service, even for something we call ‘routine’, is overwhelming but as individuals, they can make a real difference.
