As an elderly person living alone at Phillip Island, I would like to thank Bass Coast Health for providing this 'Falls Prevention Program". I attended the program over 10 weeks and found it to be incredibly useful and practical.

I now have a renewed confidence at home in regards to mobility, safety and fall prevention as well as vital strategies that I can put in place should I be involved in a falling incident.

Thank you to Luke and Liza for delivering the service with such care and professionalism.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service to all of my peers.
