(as the patient),

Recently had an endoscopy and was very nervous.  I could not fault the staff, care and treatment I received.  I felt staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and less anxious.  The unit seemed to run like a well-oiled machine with all staff working together to ensure that everyone got the best care.  Can honestly say that I wouldn’t be anxious if I ever had to have another endoscopy there.
