"Group program with great facilitators"

About: Lives Lived Well - Woolloongabba

(as a service user),

The program gave me really good strategies and and tools to use not just for staying clean but for life in general. The group setting, at first was a bit daunting but as the course progressed it became something I quite enjoyed and actually looked forward to. The facilitators where all kind and understanding and there was absolutely no judgement. Overall this program was amazing.

Hi victoryk68, thank you for getting in front of the computer and taking the time to provide some feedback and share with us your experience. The group setting can be daunting at first - but I am glad you pushed through that initial part to get to the great magic that can happen in a group environment - and it sounds like that has happened for you.

By hearing others stories, it can help us to feel safe and normalise talking about some of the challenges we have been through. I love reading that you ended up 'looking forward to it'. That is so good!

Stay motivated, keep using those tools and strategies and never feel ashamed to pick up the phone and connect with us if you want support. You got this, good on you!:) Thanks for sharing about your experience.
