"A hospital stay"

I went to Emergency with severe pains and was greatly assisted by the intake staff. Soon administered with tablets to control the pain, the administering nurse was very sweet.

Following admission into a separate room, I was wonderfully assisted by the nurse and follow up doctors. All I dealt with were extremely pleasant despite being extremely busy.

All subsequent staff involved in my care worked willingly as a team with focus on my patient needs. I awoke in a ward where I continued to be cared for in the best possible way.

I observed nurses and doctors handling other patients with the utmost of care, I believe despite complicating issues such as obstinacy, poor English language skills and crowding visitors.

Thank you for such excellent care. All staff I dealt with did their best under trying circumstances.

I am particularly grateful as two years ago my prolonged stay at a different private hospital was marked with particularly poor care, I felt it was verging on negligence.
