Hi,

I recently suffered a stroke. I was taken to the Sale Hospital by Ambulance. The only person I recognised in emergency was Kate  ... 

I would like to sincerely thank the Doctor, Nurses and the team of people who promptly took action. I was transferred to the Monash Clayton Hospital where a clot was further removed. I was discharged with no impairment. Would you please pass on my sincere thanks to staff in the Emergency department. Regards
