"ED visit- amazing staff"

I presented to RPH recently following gastrointestinal issues and wanted to provide some positive feedback regarding the ED staff. 

I feel Dr Olivia and nurse Eleanor are a testament to RPH, both were amazing during my time in ED.

They were genuinely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and down to earth whilst completing their work to the utmost standard. 

I am so impressed with their care, especially given the seemingly ongoing pressures on the hospital system, and the often frenetic weekend night rush in ED.

I hope that this feedback could please be passed onto them both, I am truly thankful that I was able to have them provide care to me, and to others in the community that require assistance in ED.

Dr Olivia and nurse Eleanor, thank you so much for all that you do- you are appreciated, and in my opinion, RPH is lucky to have you on their staff!
