About: Lives Lived Well – Nowra (Nana Muru)

(as a service user),

I found the information at Day Group Program easier to understand than information I was given in rehab. 

The group is good because everyone talks to each other, there are no little cliques.

The facilitators are understanding and caring.

Hi hawkhs75, thanks for posting on CareOpinion and sharing your experience at the Day Program Group. Sometimes there might be a few areas we try that aren't quite a right fit - but I am glad to hear that you persisted and found the Day Program

It sounds like this program is a good match, I hope you enjoy the learnings and work out how to apply them in daily life. Thanks for getting in touch and keep going and ask for help or further explanation anytime during the program.
