"Murnaghan Urology Centre"

Recently I attended an annual appointment after sitting on a bus for 3.5 hours, I was greeted by a cheerful nurse who it seemed treated each patient as an individual. RAT was done before entering waiting room. I mentioned to the nurse that I had just had a long bus trip and I had the return trip booked at 5pm. She did everything within her power to ensure I was able to get that bus, including speaking with the nursing staff who made sure I was seen in a timely manner. I so appreciate this, especially when they were dealing with some clients who appeared quite angry with the staff and were rather unpleasant to them. I feel our nurses, and other medical staff do not deserve to be abused when they are doing their job to the best of their abilities, and the availability of staff.

I thank all of these people for making a long day not just bearable but a pleasant experience, and I was able to get the 5pm bus!
