(as the patient),

I was presented at casualty with intense back pain. From the moment of first contact with the Busselton Health care team the kindness, high standard of professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. My treatment was attended to very promptly and highly competently, with full explanation of treatment and care at every stage. I was ultimately kept overnight in short stay to ensure I was fit to go home. I cannot speak highly enough of the doctors and support team I saw at BHC. A fantastic caring culture I feel.
