After having a severe asthma attack I was recommended to attend the PACE program in Mt Beauty. I honestly thought it wasn’t for me, but I would give it a go.

It was the most informative program. Based in small groups where you could ask questions that were relevant to your condition. I learnt so much about asthma and it helped me to understand that it had been out of control for some time, but I had become complacent and thought this was my new normal. I was very wrong.

The girls were a pleasure to be around and no question to silly. I learnt so much from this and now have my asthma plan in place and am living a much better quality of life thanks to this program.
