(as the patient),

prince of wales covid community centre staff rang me every day. they organised for an oxymeter to be couriered to me. they put me in touch with an emergency doctor who prescribed antiviral medication. Kevin, Mohundas and the other nurses I spoke to were all incredibly kind and patient with me. It made an upsetting experience far more tolerable. That they were working over the christmas break made me even more appreciative. Thank you so much.
