I recently had a total hip replacement at the Busselton Health Campus, I was extremely nervous about it and was worried about the recovery time and how painful it could possibly be. The staff in the surgery suite were helpful, professional and reassuring, everyone I saw knew what was going on and informed me at every stage what was happening. I went into theatre awake as I needed a spinal block, all the staff were informative and respectful. Upon arriving at the ward I was looked after extremely diligently and my pain needs were preempted. I cannot recommend the surgical and ward staff more highly, my operation was a very positive experience and would encourage anyone needing surgical treatment to go to the Busselton Health Campus as they were entirely fabulous.
