"My recent experiences"

I went to peninsular hospital for back surgery. I recall no nurse would come when I pushed button. The physio seemingly dropped me after I had told them I couId not feel my leg. I felt I was then ignores about pain in my knee. I had torn meniscus muscle from fall that went undiagnosed while pushing me into physio.  My experience with it has been negative since they left my dieing parent and us in a room with another person. It seemed no doctors on new years eve? And I believe we listened to them chain smoking all night, as we found out later that that was apparently happening. All while I believe the nurses had a celebration drink at midnight and seemingly ignored our pleas for help. No food or drink for us for 24 hours. Disgusting, in my opinion. 

I was back in recently to see my relative. I recall their toilet was covered in faeces and bin filled with full nappies? I believe they left my relative sitting on toilet for 20 minutes. Based on my experience, disgusting. I have never had or heard of anyone who has had a good experience. In general, I believe the nurses I have seen are not caring and need a lesson in hygiene. I dread going back in to visit. I will be writing to more authority's about this hospital. Private hospital and seemingly no staff?  It has been the most traumatic experience I have had going there. And the money they charge to visit 30 dollars to park! ? I believe disgusting place and people.
