"Infected wound from fiji water"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Traveled to Fiji where I was either scratched or bitten by something and didn't notice. Spent my days in both the ocean and in the pool and, after a couple days, began to notice swelling with a dark spot in two affected areas. Swelling hardened and got worse while on a trip to Australia and decided to check myself into Sydney hospital emergency where I was treated by Nurse Claire and Doctor Brandon over the course of three consecutive days. Check in time was fantastic and the two of them are remarkable. Claire's care especially has been exceptional!
