"My story is about my mental health struggles"

About: Community Support Services (Bass Coast Health)

(as a service user),

I felt helpless and in desperate need of some mental health care. Annie helped me so much. She guided me through many things including How to help find myself and calm my worrisome thoughts . I got to know Annie very well and she helped me stick with a helpful routine and she was just very supportive throughout my mental health journey. I’d like to thank Bass Coast community health and the great job that Annie has done to help me as I am almost back to my normal happy healthy active self and enjoying life again. Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. We agree -Annie is one of the best - and we are so pleased that she has been able to assist.

I'm sure that if Annie were here helping me write this response, she would also say, well done to you, for all the work you have done, to get yourself back to this 'almost normal' place. Mental health struggles are really tough, and it sounds like the partnership between yourself, and Annie, has been very successful.
