"Outstanding staff member"

I visited Sydney Sydney Eye Hospital recently and need to provide feedback about the lovely young lady greeting patients and staff in the entrance to the Clinical Services Block.

Nathalie greeted all staff and patients with a great deal of warmth and a welcoming smile. She was extremely helpful to all entering the facility, smiling and kindly directing them to where they needed to go.

I believe Nathalie should be commended for her outstanding manner. What a star I feel she is.
