"Emergency Department"

I recently had the opportunity to "test drive" the new Emergency Department, due to a heart issue. I was accompanied by my mother and eldest daughter. I was most impressed by the professional, well-organised and very polite young people I saw who are working in your Emergency Department. I also liked the fact that a staff member was present in the waiting area, a young lady who was also very attentive, helpful and kind to those who were waiting.
