(as the patient),

I am extremely grateful  to have Paula as my main midwife throughout both of my pregnancies (Jan 2020 and  Oct 2022).

I really looked forward to each meeting with Paula. She listened attentively, answered all my questions and made me feel very confident and positive throughout both pregnancies. I felt so blessed to have her there to guide  and help deliver my second baby. It was such a special experience for my partner and I.

The immediate care I received from all the hospital staff was excellent. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The follow up sessions at home with Paula was also a great way for me to discuss the birth and reflect on this huge event.

It was very sad to know that it was coming to the end of the care but  I will always be so thankful to be part of this wonderful program. I cannot imagine it any different and wish for all mothers to experience the same level of care and connection throughout their pregnancy.

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby and thank you for taking the time to provide us with such touching feedback.

It is heart-warming to read that you received such great care from Paula throughout both your pregnancy and during your recovery at home. How wonderful that Paula was able to be part of the pregnancy journey and birth for both of your children!

We are extremely proud of our Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) teams and the way they offer such care and connection to women and their families during pregnancy, birth, and in the days that follow. They are always delighted to receive thanks, and we’ll be sure to pass on your feedback to Paula.
