About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Campus Centre 2 - Adult Outpatient Department (AOPD)

(as a carer),

My Dad and I were greeted by Wendy. She was friendly, warm and caring. She made the check-in process very enjoyable. She approached the process like it was effortless, she smiled and we all had a laugh. It appears that Wendy really loves her job.

Thank you Elizabeth. I’d love Wendy to be aware of the feedback. We don’t hear positive feedback about our work enough nowadays. I’d love her to know what a positive impact she had on my Dad and I. Thanks again.
