About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Midwest

(as the patient),

Carnarvon did not have any PATS representative for some time, and so my husband's medical travel did not go through for over a year.

In the first week of Adi's arrival, not only did she take care of my husband's PATS, but also my future one.

She did so promptly (was sorted the next day), and was very helpful and friendly and provided us with all the information we needed.

Way to go Adi!
