(as a parent/guardian),

I felt supported and guided through this course . My child’s speech is improving greatly though being able to use the strategies taught during the program. My child went from one or two word sentences to now being able to say four or more in a sentence and her vocabulary has greatly expanded from limited words to a huge amount.

My name is Dan Claydon and I am the Community Health Manager for the Warren Blackwood region, but I also cover the Wellington region when the Wellington manager is away. Firstly, my apologies in the delay in responding to your story.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this fabulous feedback. It is wonderful to hear about the improvements in your child’s speech and that you felt supported by our team. As a parent with a child who had delayed speech, I know how great it is when they start speaking in longer sentences as well as the happiness it brings when they can communicate better.

I will certainly share your feedback with our wonderful team in Collie, it highlights the amazing work they do in supporting children and families.
