As a healthcare worker, I have to give feedback on the excellent NQN from Older Adults that got in contact to inform me that another patient was positive (via RAT).


I initially thought that I was speaking to the coordinator, as she was asking all the right questions, was talking through what she was going to do next and was very receptive to the recommendations I gave her.

I was very surprised to learn that she was an EN NQN. She said that she didn’t know who to contact, so she called IPC. Her name is Wendy.
