(as the patient),

I feel you failed me. I came for help in pain, over 2 1/2 years telling you my tooth ached and I was in agony. I feel I was fobbed off & lectured about flossing. Now I am forced to either have the tooth extracted or a root canal (A very expensive option). I am sick and tired of receiving what I believe is below average care and lectures from dentists who I believe never follow up or seemingly do their job properly.

Maybe they should listen to the patient and focus on doing their job properly. I do not believe you care or trust the care your provide.
