"Life changing Psychologist Gold Coast"

This is not the first time I’ve written a review but every time something challenging comes up and I face it with thoughtful reason instead of unhelpful reactive or self harming behaviour or every time I do something exciting like climb the Q1 spire that would’ve once filled me with dread and I would’ve just said no to, when I’m spending time with my kind, positive inspirational and supportive network of friends (people who love me but who’s company once upon a time I would’ve thought I wasn’t worthy of). Every time a challenge doesn’t become a crisis, I think of Lives lived well and how far I’ve come and how lucky I am to have found this service. And since I’m in the habit of reflecting on the positive and practicing gratitude it probably won’t be the last time I share my story. It must be about 5 years now and I just check in once or twice a year if I’m facing a particularly difficult emotional challenge. Don’t get me wrong, I still have plenty of the family problems I had 5 years ago I just handle things very differently now. And budget my mental energy more constructively.
