When I initially inquired about PATS for my appointment at Carnarvon Hospital, I was told by the receptionist that I would need fuel receipts. I did not have these, so I was upset that I was unable to claim the 700km round trip for my appointment. On my second trip I enquired directly with Aditi at the PATS office in Carnarvon, and she explained the process and was able to back pay me for my previous visit. Since then I have been back and forth to Perth on 3 or 4 occasions for surgery and chemotherapy. Aditi has been very helpful and has made sure my claims were sorted out quickly. Aditi is extremely friendly and empathetic to me and her kindness has made my tough cancer journey that little bit more bearable. Thanks, Aditi, for your help you are a legend :)
