"Efficient Hospital Administration"

To those I encountered at Sydney Eye Hospital:

Just want to thank you for the efficient and effective way I was received at the Eye Hospital after being diagnosed with a retinal detachment issue. 

From those I saw at the front door through to the assessment period by doctors, I was informed and managed in such a way that made me feel both heard and important.

I want to particularly want to thank Dr Shalhevet and Dr Jessica who attended to my issue during the assessment period. They were proficient and communicated the problem and potential remedy.

I am ever thankful to Dr James and Dr Shalhevet who operated on my eye which hopefully is in a recovery stage. I believe these doctors work under a mountain of stress and pressure but performed their skills magnificently.

So again, I do not take what happened to me lightly and am thankful for these doctors' expertise and skills. So thank you. I feel I am forever in your debt
