MGP was amazing, I loved having the same midwife throughout my appointments and on the day of my birth I really felt comfortable with her and definitely way more comfortable than having someone new each time, you get to build up a relationship with your midwife who will be delivering your baby most likely, which makes the process very special. It was especially helpful that I had a contact that was in arms reach anytime I had a query or a concern with my pregnancy. I’m so grateful I was able to be apart of the MGP group/program, I definitely hope there’s more available midwife’s for the program so I’ll be in the program for my next baby as well because I wouldn’t want it any other way!

I am so pleased to read that you had such a positive experience with the Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) team. Our MGP staff work in small teams which enables us to offer holistic care from known midwives throughout the continuum of pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. I’m so glad to hear that you received such wonderful support and reassurance, and I will pass on your thanks to the MGP team.
