"Emergency room triage"

About: Nannup Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I am an overseas visitor arrived in Nannup, WA for a bicycle race. Had a fall on the course, injured my ankle, and was sent in to Nannup Hospital. Upon arrival, I was attended by the Nurse M such a lovely and caring staff nurse.

During the time in the emergency room, I felt I received first class attention by Nurse M, student nurse Debbie and her colleagues performing the triage. They made sure I was comfortable, and relaxed while working through the triage and getting everything organised with the ETS doctor and ETS services to subsequently send me out to Busselton hospital for radiology.

I feel utterly grateful and blessed to have a bunch of wonderful guardian angels looking after me in a foreign country at Nannup Hospital. Thank you so much Nurse M, and Debbie and the team. No amount of kind words is enough to express my gratitude for all that you have done for me. Thank you so so much!

Dear outflowhd34,

Thankyou for highlighting the wonderful nurse led service Nannup offers with medical and transport support from the Emergency Telehealth Service and Acute Patient Transport Service. I wish you the best for your recovery and safe travels home.
