"Rude receptionist"

(as a service user),

I feel the receptionist is extremely rude & unwelcoming to customers. When coming into enquire about the PATS system I recall they were extremely abrupt, unhelpful & rude to a patient who was clearly injured & heading down for an appointment in Perth. The patient had their partner with them who was trying to assist them however the receptionist made the injured patient hobble over as they needed to talk exclusively to the patient - which I believe I know for a fact is untrue & that Family members can assist with applications etc. 

On several occasions I have come into the centre for appointments etc & I found the receptionist has been condescending & rude each & every time. I believe they treat me like I'm dumb & don't know what they're talking about. Not a good look for the health system, in my opinion, & will be avoiding coming into the building from now on.
