I attended the Telehealth Hypnobirthing classes provided through WACHS with my partner, run by Kasey. This education allowed me to access a wealth of knowledge on child birth and I had a drug and intervention birth thanks to what I learnt. I am so happy with my birth story, and credit these classes hugely to being in control, remaining calm and feeling supported to advocate for myself and my daughter's birth. 

The classes were succinct, easily attended, and very well run and I would highly reccomend to anyone pregnant!

Congrats on the birth of your baby equuleusnh47!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Positive Birth Program and your birth. I am not sure anyone has described anything I have done before as succinct, so I will be sure to show this to my manager!

It warms me to hear that the program provided you with the knowledge and tools to navigate your birth. Sounds like you did an incredible job. I am sure your baby will grow loving to hear stories about how you brought them into the world. This will then have a ripple effect as to how they view birth and hopefully experience it as well!

Enjoy that little one of yours and thank you again for sharing your experience.
