The whole experience, from entering the waiting room

Through to the phone follow up

Once we were driving home was exceptional. Having spent almost a full day in another ED the previous day with a terrible experience, we were absolutely amazed at the level of care provided at FSH.

Dear Parentlife,

Sorry to hear that your child was unwell recently requiring a day in ED. Having children myself, I know it is terribly stressful and upsetting to see our children unwell. As such – your short note about the “exceptional” care you received was delightful, and this note of gratitude has made my day. I’ll be sure to share it with the Paediatric ED team with my added note of thanks.
