"My unexpected visit to emergency at the Sydney Eye Hospital"

I had a small accident and my knee cap blew out like I had a golf ball stuck under it...

I attended emergency early on a weekend night and it was busy.

I got triaged promptly, then got taken through and a nurse took all my details etc, on what happened.

The staff (doctors and nurses, radiologist, cleaners etc) were absolutely amazing as they did their thing.

I am blown away by their teamwork.

I felt really cared about the whole time I was there. They all had a genuine interest in my wellbeing and also that I am from Norfolk Island, so that was a big part of the conversation .

They were also showing other patients in the emergency dept the same caring nature they were giving me.

What a great team down there, please pass this on.

I did get some of their names.

Patrick, Nicola, Amy, Neda, I think Enmarie and Merriana (sorry if I spelt the last 2 names wrong)
