(as a parent/guardian),

We had our first speech appointment this morning with Julia from Northam Hospital.  She instantly built rapport with my daughter and engaged with her the whole time in a positive, helpful and constructive way.  Julia has a positive and friendly manner about her and made both myself and my husband feel at ease during the appointment.  Julia also explained how she would like us to work with Sophie over coming weeks and explained what she would like us to do.  Very thankful to Julia for making the time and putting in the effort to help our little girl spread her wings and fly!  Thanks Julia we are so looking forward to working with you into the future!

Thank you so much for sharing your story of your daughter Sophie accessing our Speech Pathology service at Northam Hospital. It was great to read your positive experience with our Speech Pathologist Julia and it gave me great pleasure sharing your story with Julia and her team.

Our Speech Pathologists are an integral part of our child development team that offers a range of free child development services for families of children from birth to 18 years of age. Parents, carers and families play the most important role in supporting their child’s development. I wish you, your husband and Sophie all the best and good progress in her speech program.
